Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or gift voucher. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

Faulty Items
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.
This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
